- ‘Vendors’ refer to Creative Education Program Vendors, who are responsible for providing the services.
- ‘Educators’ refer to individuals or groups (corporate or unincorporate) who execute the creative education programs.
- ‘Users’ refers to the users of Kakiseni Junior who engage in services from the ‘Vendors’.
- ‘Students’ refers to individuals who are registered by the Users, and are/to be involved in creative education programs.
- ‘All sides’ refers to Vendors, Educators, Users, Students and all parties involved accordingly.
- ‘You’ and ‘Your’ refers to the person reading the Terms & Conditions accordingly.
General Terms
Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using this website. Once you register in Kakiseni Junior successfully as a User or a Vendor, you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions set out herein completely. Unregistered Users utilizing the Kakiseni Junior services are deemed to have agreed to all the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein completely In this respect, by using this website and platform, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that your submission of personal information about you or others including data, photos, videos, statements or other content is done on a voluntary basis and with the consent of the applicable third parties. Kakiseni Junior reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice and without any reference to any of the parties benefiting from or utilizing this platform.
Kakiseni Junior Platform Rules
Kakiseni Junior is a platform where Users can engage in services provided by Vendors that are listed in the platform.
- Kakiseni Junior will take reasonable precautions to protect all data, but will not be responsible for unauthorized access due to compromises within or imposed onto the system unlawfully without the consent or knowledge of Kakiseni Junior.
- Kakiseni Junior neither guarantees to secure Vendors for Users nor Users for Vendors.
- Kakiseni Junior is not responsible for prices of programs stated by Vendors.
- Kakiseni Junior has the right to terminate or modify all content published on the website.
- Kakiseni Junior is responsible for all processing of transactions made in the website including refunds and earnings.
Security of Information
- All information by all sides is current and accurate.
- You are not to use false information and all sides are not to be impersonating any other person or entity, or using names that they have no authority to use.
- All information you provide will always be correct, complete and kept up to-date by you. You will be responsible for all activities that occur during your visit and use of this platform. As such, you agree to provide accurate information.

Termination, Suspension and other Measures
- Kakiseni Junior has the right to terminate Vendor or User access to the site for any or no reasons.
- Kakiseni Junior has the right to retain the funds if Users/Vendors fail to provide additional documents required by payment gateway etc. for clearance of fund transfer within 3 months.
Limitations on Liability
- Kakiseni Junior is not responsible for any form of direct or indirect consequential or any form of damage or loss suffered or incurred by any of the parties.
- Kakiseni Junior does not guarantee that the website is free of viruses or any forms of harmful components, as well as technical difficulties on the website.
- Kakiseni Junior takes precaution on instances of a program not being executed for the Students, but does not take responsibility for any loss occurred.
Reporting Violations
- If one believes that a User, Vendor or Content poses an imminent risk of harm to a person or property, they should immediately contact local authorities before contacting Kakiseni Junior.
- In addition, if one believes that a User, Vendor or Content has violated our Terms & Condition, they should report their concerns to Kakiseni Junior. If they reported an issue to local authorities, Kakiseni Junior may request a copy of that report. Except as required by law, they agree that Kakiseni Junior is not obligated to take action in response to any report for any reason or no reason at all.
Vendors Terms
Personal Information
- Vendors accept full responsibility for all information published on Kakiseni Junior.
- Vendors acknowledge that they are not an employee of Kakiseni Junior.
- Vendors consent and acknowledge that their data will be used by Kakiseni Junior for analysis and third parties.
- Vendors acknowledge that all credentials and details of their programs and educators published on Kakiseni Junior are updated, verified and correct at all times.
- Vendors acknowledge that Kakiseni Junior reserves the right to terminate their account or any of their programs if they are found to be in violation of the standard operating procedures imposed by the authorities due to the Covid -19 pandemic or for any reason or no reason at all.
Bookings and classes
- Vendors are responsible to process all bookings made by the User. An explanation is to be provided for each instance whereby a booking is not processed.
- Vendors are responsible for prices of programs including any changes thereto.
- Vendors accept responsibility for Students who are registered under their program.
- Vendors are responsible to comply with the Covid-19 standards of procedure. Any violation or repeated violations of the standard operating procedures may result with suspension or termination from this platform.
Payment
- Vendors acknowledge that RM5 will be imposed on Users for each transaction of program bookings. This RM5 will be channeled to Seni Making A Difference (SeniMAD) outreach programme and administration cost.
- Vendors will receive their bookings payment biweekly, on Thursday subject to all information and documents provided are in order to ensure a smooth transfer of the funds in payment thereto.
User Terms
Personal Information
- Users must be eighteen years and over to register as a user. Registration of ‘Students’ is to be made by them, and all Students’ personal information is not to be published or released or shared publicly.
- Users accept full responsibility for all information published on Kakiseni Junior.
- Users acknowledge that Kakiseni Junior has in its sole discretion, without prior notice, immediately, the right to terminate their account or student or any access or participation for any reason or no reason at all.
Bookings and classes
- Users accept full responsibility for Students under their care.
- Users acknowledge that RM5 will be imposed for each transaction of program bookings. This RM5 will be channeled to Seni Making A Difference (SeniMAD) outreach programme and administration cost.
- Users have the right to receive a 100% refund for cancellation made for bookings giving a clear 48 hours before the start of the program subject to approval from Kakiseni Junior.
- Users acknowledged that failure to comply with the Covid-19 standards of procedures may restrict them from participating in the classes on Kakiseni Junior. Kakiseni Junior reserves the right to terminate their account or student or any participation with any reason or no reason at all.
Covid-19 guidelines
Stay home if you’re feeling ill
Both Users and Vendors are to cancel classes or bookings if they are feeling sick, whether having a fever (temperature of no less than 37.6°C or cough or sore throat (whether these symptoms appear on its own or together). Wait at least 72 hours after symptoms disappear before participating in a class. If Vendors, Educators, Users and/or Students have been in contact with someone who is infected, wait at least 14 days before participating in a class.
Wear a mask
All Kakiseni Junior Vendors, Educators, Users and Students must wear protective face coverings as recommended by regulatory agencies or authorities.
Follow social-distancing
During the entire classes, Vendors, Educators, Users and Students must maintain distance from each other as recommended by the relevant regulatory authorities (1 meter, Malaysia) Throughout the classes, avoid direct contact and remember to keep a safe physical distance between oneself and other people. When meeting, do not shake hands or hug — instead, try a no-contact greeting whilst maintaining a safe distance.
Keep hands clean
- One must wash their hands before, during, and after classes and bring hand sanitizer. Venue owners or management must ensure provisions of hand sanitizers.
- One must wash their hands properly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Wash them before handling food, eating food, after interaction with a domestic animal or working animal, after going to the bathroom, or after blowing one’s nose, coughing, or sneezing.
- If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. One must cover their hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
