What do you do during the class?
This course is a crash course in Shakespeare for the stage. Using an understanding of historical context and textual analysis, this course will teach you how to find the clues left behind to create approachable, dynamic Shakespearean performance. In our final week, we will round off everything we have learnt through a textual study of King Henry V. We will explore how Shakespeare took an historical figure and made him into a legend. With a lot of fun scene work along the way.
